I-O data Japan has announced the GV-SC31 a 1Seg USB TV tuner for PC's. By downloading 'TVStation' a free app you can watch live TV or recorded programs from your PC on the iPod Touch or iPhone. No pesky USB cables as the video is streamed from the PC directly into the iPod. Compatible with Windows only the SEG Clip goes on sale later this month in Japan for 6615 Yen ($ 70).
