If you’re all about looks and if you swear allegiance to Nokia’s trusted brand name, then you can well fly your hands into the air and greet the coming of these cool sliders. First up is the Nokia 6700. Available in peppy colors like pink, red, petrol blue, aluminum, lime and purple, the slider is quite a good pick for those who like compact handsets.
It comes with a 5MP camera (complete, with Carl Ziess and all) and 3G connectivity. The other slider has a lesser, 3.2 megapixel camera and sports a 2.4 inch display screen. It also provides with 3G connectivity and is good for social networking and instant messaging. The Nokia 6700 (Euro 160/$240) and the Nokia 7230 (Euro 100/$150) will both be available by the first quarter of 2010.
