Samsung have done us all a hell lot of good with the release of the LD220G and LD190G laptop display screens. These screens measure 22 inches and 19 inches respectively, and give a whole new viewing experience while working on laptops, as against the strenuous, miniature displays that they generally come with.
They can be mounted like digital photo frames. The LD220G even connects to your laptop via the USB port. This is possible because it has an in-built USB hub in it. It also provides with a resolution of 1080p. The LD 190G connects via a VGA cable and support resolutions of up to 1360 x 768 pixels. Both, the Samsung LD220G ($250) and the LD190G ($150) have response times of 5ms, brightness of 250cd/m2 and dynamic contrast ratios of 20000:1.
